POLL: how much fill in a 10cc band?

I would say I have perfect to tight restriction and yet I could eat a LOT of slider food. I avoid those as much as possible. I love refried Beans with greek yog but it goes right through. Orzo (tiny Pasta that looks like rice) with olive oil slides through even if I dont chew that much.I eat foods that fill the pouch (1/2 cup approx) and make me feel stuffed. I stay full for about 4 hours.I think I could eat ice cream or shakes all day.

I think it is important to note that many people may not know if they have any 'primer' Fluid in their band in addition to the fills they have had. My doctor never told me (or the other people I know who were banded with him) that he puts in anywhere between .5 cc and 3cc for priming. I found out 2 weeks post op when I told them i was so tight I was choking on Water.

I have 7.25 cc in my 10 cc band and am about 6 months post-op.

I currently have 11.75 ccs in my 10cc band. Thinking I will need another .5 or so... but pretty darn close to my sweet spot.
