GayleTX 1 Posted June 13, 2008 Hmmm....that's a lot of calories for no more Protein grams than that. nectar brand makes a Lemon Tea Protein powder....lots of protein, few calories, but it sure doesn't taste very good IMO. Their Fuzzy Navel is pretty popular, though (peach flavor). If anyone finds a tea that meets all the bariatric requirements and tastes good, they'll get rich, won't they. Anyalee 0 Posted June 14, 2008 It only has 30 calories and it has enough Fiber to offset the calories....it is worth it for Water and Protein intake. I love them! South Beach Diet also has a version with 3 grams of protein that is pretty yummy, too. If you like mix ins for your water these are great to get a few more grams of protein in your diet.
