Yaya24 0 Posted June 8, 2008 Just found this board last night. My surgery date is Tuesday and I am excited. Scared also that I will fail at this like I have other attempts at weight loss. I have told VERY few people and had to be shamed into telling my children. I am so embarrassed that I am so weak that I have to have surgery to lose weight... justjan 0 Posted June 23, 2008 I share your feelings. My surgery is this Tuesday and I'm becoming increasingly nervous. I'm not afraid of the surgery but of struggling with the adjustment afterwards (vomiting - food getting stuck). I'm sure the solution is to make good choices and be vigilant. I hope you have adjusted well since your surgery. GOOD LUCK:smile:
