Hey Guys!

I know it has been a while, and I apologize for staying away so long. I popped back in to update my ticker, and I've been trying to get through all the posts I've missed. I will write more later, but I just wanted to say hi and let you all know I'm still here.

I've had some ups and downs since I was here last. I lost a lot right after surgery, then plateaued for an eternity it seemed. I just got fill number 3, and I can finally feel good restriction. (Almost too good) I sometimes have a hard time even getting soft stuff to go down, especially in the morning. Since I got this last fill, I finally started losing again. I have so many NSV's and other things to share, but I'll read everyone else's posts first. I hope you all are doing well! I've missed you all!!

Wow! You're doing fantastic. Good to have you back with us. 60 pounds since surgery. And you had surgery the day after I did. I had the same plateau issue you did and I'm getting my third fill on Tuesday. So I'm crossing my fingers that I'll catch up to you soon.

I'm closer to you Lil. Which I think is pretty darn good and I'm happy with what I've lost. It's just never fast enough or enough weight off. LOL I don't know my surgery weight for sure, I either lost 16 or 18 pounds on the two week pre-op diet. So I'm down 42 or 44 pounds since surgery.

Fill for me, I hope, on Tuesday. And it can't come soon enough. I'm feeling some restriction but I can still get an Advil Liquicap down. So.....fill me! Fill me! (Hehe - I feel like Audrey II) :)

Ezma & Lil- Watch out I'm coming up from behind. hehe :biggrin2:

Come on down. Plenty of room here. You can even pass me and I'll try not to be too jealous. :tongue2: Though I intend to keep on going if my body will just let go of the dang fat. Sheesh.

To be fair, we'd really have to calculate percentage of loss. Can't count pounds in a competition if I started at 319 and someone else started at 250. Guess we COULD calculate percentage and see how we rank, though. A little competition might be a good motivator, but I certainly don't want anyone to feel bad if they are struggling!

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
