Getting ready and need energy boost!

Hey everyone...I will be banded on June 9. I am working hard to finish my school year.{I teach First Grade}I am sooooo tired these days from all I have to do.I want to know if any of you have any ideas of supplements I can start taking now to help me with energy. I saw liquid B 12 at GNC Saturday. ,,,was wondering how that would do. On the other hand..I m having trouble sleeping. too! Shesssh...I sound like a mess!!

I was having problems with no energy..I went to the doctor this week and had blood drawn, my results were that I was severly anemic which causes lethargicness. I started an Iron suplement last week and have noticed a huge difference in my energy level.

I take B-12 daily and it has helped me so far I started right b-4 I was banded and have stayed with it. I think everyone has a certain Vitamin or supplement that works for them.

I use the one that goes under the tongue.

I bet your really excited. As to Vitamins..actually I take flintstones chewable vitamins. They have alot of what we need and theyre easy to take (and taste good). For energy? get lots of Protein. You would be surprised how much it makes a difference. Its a natural way for you to get your energy, and it doesnt have adverse effects such as not allowing you to sleep at night.
