teacherofk 0 Posted June 5, 2008 (edited) I finally have a surgery date. I will be banded on June 17 and go for presurgery test on the 10th which is just EKG, chest x-rays, and blood work. I only have to do the Akins diet for 7 days before surgery. I am so excited and nervous too because I keep reading all these problems people are having. But I am going to go for it and do my best to follow Dr. Groves rules and hope and pray he can get thru the scar tissue to do the surgery.
