lizlasvegas7 0 Posted June 5, 2008 (edited) I got a really bad cold that continued with a cough I've had it for a few days and the cough was really bad. So, I am worried that if LB can slip? due to excessive coughing? It feels sore or light pain if I take a deep breath. I am feeling very tight right now so I am trying to take it easy with liquids only. So has anyone had a really bad cough related to a cold and had any issues..any info would be very helpful. I am new to this so I hope I did this right:redface: Edited June 5, 2008 by lizlasvegas7 wrong spelling of feel on title
sisterc 0 Posted June 5, 2008 Please call your doctor and see what they say - just to make sure. Take care of yourself!
HeatherO 7 Posted June 5, 2008 You need to worry much more about vomiting than coughing. I have not heard of a slip caused by coughing, but I am not a doctor. Make sure that you have same anti-nausea medication just in case. Staying with liquids will help along with a cough suppresant that is friendly to your banded stomach. If the cough is really bad, don't hesitate to call your doctor for suggestions.
Paige65 1 Posted June 6, 2008 I called my doctor the other day because I had started coughing just a bit and was worried about the same thing. I was told not to worry that the biggest problem would just be the pain since I just had surgery.
