June Exercise Challenge

Yesterday-65 minutes of cardio on elliptical.

Today I slept in before coming in to work. I'm going to hit the gym afterwards for both upper body and cardio.

I finished my first week of couch to 5k. I stuck an extra session in too. I really like it. I had yoga/pilates on Thurs also. I am down 3 lbs and I will take it!!

ugh - not worked out since wed.

had my wisdom teeth & 1 molar pulled on thursday & still feel like a truck ran over me.

forced myself to the gym today & walked "slowly" for 30minutes on the treadmill. felt dizzy & didn't have much left. look forward to July's Thread:) cheers!

I'll finish this one out. Sunday, I made it in for upper body and cardio. Yesterday, I worked 0600-1400 shift. Went in to gym for lower body and cardio.
