3rd fill advice ...please!!!

I've had two fills, (3/7/05 1.0cc and 3/23/05 0.5cc) for a total of 1.5cc.

I haven't lost a speck since the second fill. Nor have I lost a single inch on my body. I have TERRIBLE problems with food sticking so I tend to avoid dry meat or meat in general.

I can ALWAYS eat more then 1/2 cup capacity. Plus I'm always starving after about 3 hrs. and I "pick" at home on my days off.

What are your opinions? do I need another fill.

Only you can decide for yourself. But, if you can't eat meat...I am not sure about another fill because meat is a good source of Protein and when you have Protein it tends to make you feel full.

What are your average meals each day? for Breakfast, lunch, dinner. I know for me personally the tighter I got, the more weight I gained because I was hungry and would reach for foods that would just go down instead of what was good for me.

You may want to do what I did. Schedule yourself for a fill and take a piece of chicken with you. Have them watching you eat the piece of chicken...or whatever meat is hard for you on the ultrasound. When you are able to eat a few pieces of chicken without the "stuck" feeling....that should be a good fill for you. Believe me......after I did that. I started losing weight again.

Sometimes that slight unfill, when you think you need a fill will make a huge difference in your appetite and weightloss That's just my opinion for what it is worth.

If you aren't getting Protein in then you are going to get hungry! I agree with Denise, if you can't eat solids, you really don't need another fill. I too think you might need a little unfill.
