What to do when you want to eat??

Well, I'm not a jazzy june, I was banded in Feb. but I found this post in the unanswered posts...

I drink something. That helps keep my mouth busy. The other thing I do is get going with something with my hands. Organizing my coupons, cleaning, polishing my nails... helps to stay distracted.

I work on my graduate work, play Wii games, or play around on the internet. I can start doing a web search and lose an hour! Sometimes I hop on the recumbent bike and watch TV.

School is about to let out, so I'll have extra hours of time to deal with. I might have to beef up (no pun intended) my anti-eating activities!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
