twinmommie 0 Posted May 30, 2008 I have not been banded yet but that is the toughest time for me too. I am on Day 4 of my liquid diet and I am fine until I sit down to watch TV at about 9 or so. Sue Magoo 71 Posted May 30, 2008 Shawnee59: Try sugar free popsicles at night. Most of them have only ten to twenty calories. Another trick, I use an electric ice crusher. Crush up some ice and add a little bit of crystal light, then eat it with a spoon. It's kind of like a slush or snow cone, and no calories to speak of. Good luck.
