Yay Chrisann!!!!!! Congrats on your success...and Happy Birthday! I'm not on here as much as I was, so I'm delayed in sending this. I'm still in awe that this band is actually working. Isn't it amazing?! And this heat?!?! Wow, it's done quite a number on me and the band. How about you? I had an appt yesterday and I was assured it was normal, but opted not to have an "unfill". At least I'm not feeling hungry, just have to eat SUPER SLOW and the portions are SUPER SMALL! Probably a good thing. :teeth_smile: Anyway, so happy for you and the early attainment of your goal!!!

Well I tell you the heat in NYC has been atrocious. I haven't been able to walk and I haven't been able to really eat anything. For the first three days this week it was lots of Water, smoothies, slim fasts and I actually finished a whole watermelon. I weighed myself and gained 3 pounds, I attributed that to the weather and that I was retaining Water.

I didn't let it bother me much and all of a sudden between yesterday and today, I must have been in the bathroom 30 times. I was able to eat a small midday meal yesterday, and today had 2 scrambled eggs in the morning :rolleyes2:, (I could never eat in the AM), and boiled shrimp for lunch and no dinner. So I think I am back to normal.

Great weight loss NYG and CPMU you are guys are doing fabulous. I am back to the doctor in two weeks. Have my annual Physical with my PCP tomorrow.
