MarLinda 0 Posted June 9, 2008 This was a great list. Instead of the blender I would recommend the "Bullet". I bought it for $50 from Costco.Well worth it, more individualized for smaller portions for our tiny tummys!
MarLinda 0 Posted June 9, 2008 I bought the Met-RX vanilla Protein powder from Trader Joe's. It contains 46 grams of Protein. That is what I recommend for your 2nd phase and beyond. I have added strawberries and bananas, yummy!!

rxdspncr 0 Posted June 12, 2008 Hi All, I would add one thing to the list that is needed for the first few days. That is an ice bag. You know, the kind that you screw off the lid and put ice in it? I have found the cold helps with the pain and the swelling. When I use the heating pad it actually irritated the incisions. Thought I would pass along!
