Fill Dr's in Utah?

I grew up in Orem and my family now lives in Provo. I'm just wondering if there are any dr's in the Orem/Provo or SLC area that does fills for patients banded elsewhere?

I"m in Utah enough that it makes sense for me instead of driving across the state of washington where I have to get a hotel and such. I'm in Utah pretty much once every three months.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Look up Dr. McKeen.

I'll try getting some more info for you.

Look up Angeleyes on this forum maybe she can help with the details...She's in Utah and just got banded by him there.
