My name is Linda. My Lap-band surgery is scheduled for 6-18-08. I just met my hair dresser mom and sister for the first time tonite. They have both had Lap band surgery. They were very encouraging. I am excited.

My first pre-op appointment is 6-2-2008. My Dad had the lap-band about 7 weeks ago and has already lost over 50 pounds. Even though I have someone that has already had the surgery it is nice to see what others say. I am so glad you asked this question and the list of book will be wonderful to have.
