Help! I've stopped losing weight!!

I'm going to follow the advise of several people in here and put my scale away. I'm only 4 day's post surgery and losing just fine but don't want to stress out when I stop like it sounds like so many do. I'm going to weigh only once per week and change up my calorie intake and exercise (when I start back up again).

I know I don't know anything yet but I do know I have been told time and time again that you CAN NOT DRINK even sips while eating. You really are washing the food down and causing yourself to not feel full. You really must stop even sipping during meals. I know it's going to be hard. I can't begin to think it's not, but I for one think it is causing some of the weight loss issues being reported here.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
