What weight loss plan is everyone following?

My Daily Ideal Plan

Porridge 30g

Apple

Pineapple Pieces 100g

Tin Salmon

large salad containing beetroot and spinach

4 thin ricecakes

1 slice cheese 30g

200g Yoplus Plain Skim Yoghurt

Blue Berries Frozen 100g

Any dinner containing lots of vege

Banana

1 egg on Toast

The see-food diet. I see food, I eat.

No really.. I don't have a specific diet. Once you have good restriction, you can't eat a whole lot of any one thing, so as long as you're get your Protein in (which will fill you up), you shouldn't have to worry about the rest.

I once in awhile go on the South Beach Diet for a week because it is pretty much how I eat. I can't tolerate any bread, rice or white carbs. I bought a great book called the World's Healthiest Foods. I went to a seminar for Library Science and one of the speakers was talking about whole foods. There is a great web site that talks about eating whole healthy foods it is at www.whfoods.org. You might want to check it out. The book is great and has some great recipes and general nutritional information. Since we can't eat a lot it is important to eat as nutrionally as possible.

Plan? None.

I use the lapband system, eat tiny and frequent meals and make good choices.

Wow, look at you! You are going to really lose weight if you can diet, too.

Im not really following a plan either. My problem (pre-band) was my carbs. I eat almost no carbs, and it has proven very successful. Now, im trying to go off sugar completely, which is challenging. I keep it between 800-1000 calories a day. I always drink Water, trying to stay away from the 'empty calories' in beverages. The no carbs has helped me so much.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
