tonyahebert 1 Posted May 21, 2008 I am being banded on May 31st, in Mexico. In preparation, I am converting a storage shed I have to a personal home gym. Since I am limited on space, I am having to decided which 2 pieces of equipment I want to put in my room...I have a friend who is wanting to sell her bowflex, and I am pretty sure that i am going to place it in my little room for sure...I have enough room that I can either put a treadmill in there or a stationary bike, but not both. What would you do? Maybe there is something else I should be considering? Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
gkeyt 0 Posted May 21, 2008 I guess that depends on what you think you will actually use. Personally, I would get the treadmill because it's versatile--you can walk on it, run, do intervals. And the treadmill keeps you going at the pace you punch in--you can't gradually slow down as you get tired like you can on a bike or elliptical. But some people hate treadmills. And if you think you'd actually USE the bike more than the treadmill, that's what I'd get. How cool that you are going to have your own home gym! That is awesome. Between your cardio machine and the bowflex, you should be set for a while!
