My goal is 180 but I am also 6ft I would look strange being that small...however I will go to where ever the scale says is right!

I set my goal at 150 (sounded good at the time when I was asked) Doc said that was a great goal, but still on the heavy side for 5'7". Personally I will be celebrating once I get under 200#
