(doc only wants me to lose another 5..I want 10 more than that) Isn't this thing amazing? The real test will be NEXT year, when we are all STAYING at goal! jbflorida 1 Posted October 14, 2008 Carrie--I am fortunate that I am retired and live in a VERY active gated community. I have time to devote to lots of exercise. Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then a Water aerobics class. Today was a tai chi class and then an hour of Zumba. I really think THAT makes such a difference....and I am careful what I eat (which is occasionally a cookie!) Don't give up--try to add movement to your day! neverB4 2 Posted October 15, 2008 I can't remember when I weighed this amount last...180!!!!! Maybe I was 12, 13??? I know I was at 200 by age 15. Anyways....up to 4.5cc's in a 10cc band.
