cgore69 0 Posted May 18, 2008 My name is Crissy Gore, I was just banded on 5/9/08 by Dr.Ray in Bloomington Indiana. I am still having a lot of pain in my ribs and my Left shoulder/neck area. Is this just gas? I have tried everything. Also, I am running around 100.3 fever. I called my dr and he wants to see me on Monday. Please don't miss out the appointment with your doc, fever is a sign of an infection, which could even be a cold or virus - but you must check. The gas pain is horrible! Mine lasted 2 - 3 weeks. Dara 0 Posted May 18, 2008 Sorry about the pain. My nurse told me that they have to blow up your abdominal cavity to be able to work. The pain in your upper chest is caused by that gas.
