I'm 22 and I have never really lived...have a BMI of 60. I hope you can start your journey soon! happytobebanded 1 Posted May 18, 2008 I remember being in that stage of the banding process , when it was just a thought. I am just here to tell you how wonderful it is... I was so nervous to do it and even had a hard time to believe it would work for me since nothing had ever been sucessful. You can do it !!!! You should check into it asap because there is alot of work to do before you can get the surgery.. meetings and appointments to complete the required things.
