OMG Biggest Loser Power Sculpt Kicked my butt this morning!

Recommended Posts

I bought Biggest Loser Power Sculpt and finally started it. It kicked my butt...I couldn't do all of the moves....Not that Jullian was going fast....she wasn't...It's a great workout. I'm hoping to master the moves by the time I'm done with the beginning phase and on to the second phase.(Three Weeks)...

I really hope I can see a difference in 3 weeks.

Has anyone else done this or Tae Bo Cardio?

What results did you see in inches and pounds.

Thank you

Bren

I cannot do Tae bo, I do like pilates and yoga, though I don't do them like I should. Right now I am doing the gym thing half way regularly.

What about Water aerobics. I am really interested in that. I know that a class would be mostly elderly, but I love older people. It's children I can't seem to cope with.

How horrible is that. A woman who can't get along with children.

Oh believe me, when I'm doing my thing I don't want kids around, either.

There was one screaming in the waiting room at the dr yesterday and I about lost my mind. If I wanted to hear that I could have stayed home.

Way to go! I may have to get that one, myself! As shocking as this sounds to me, I'm actually looking forward to school ending so I can get into exercise mode. I used to do Tae Bo and loved it! Of course, having the mad hots for Billy Blanks didn't hurt matters.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
