How long should I wait for an unfill?

What a relief! I had .5cc taken out and it was like a miracle! I had a little homemade chicken salad on crackers for dinner Friday night! It went down - no problem. I only ate a tiny bit because I was afraid of it coming up, but it was easy.

You are probably super swollen and need to stay on strict liquids right after your fills. The fill sometimes is not felt to be restricted for 1-2weeks later.At that point, you are used to eating more foods because you were loose and due for a fill so you need to go back to the basics.
