drgates 0 Posted May 11, 2008 I am 3.5 weeks post op. I am being very careful with what I eat and have not had any desire to cheat at all. I am exercising about 3-4 times a week too. BUT, I find that I have a difficult time eating with my family. I tend to chew too quickly with them and I have a hard time just looking at the food they are eating. Im doing great with weight loss. Ive lost 30 pounds already. Have 100 to go. I get my first fill on May 23. But, I am having the worst problem feeling down about eating so differently and feeling so limited with the food that I am eating. Anyone else feel this way? :welldoneclap:
Neeley 0 Posted May 12, 2008 I was like this for the first 4 weeks after banding until my swelling must have gone down and now I can eat just about anything and the chewing that is required is less. But yes I will go back to eating with out them right after my fill on 5/20, you are not eating alone you are eating with all of us off on the side!
boredryu 0 Posted May 12, 2008 There is no better feeling when you see results (and even feel results) after weight loss. It's a feeling no food can give you! You're 30 lbs down, remember that!
