Paige65 1 Posted May 11, 2008 Haven't used him... called his office this week because my insurance only uses him. But after I talked to someone that was less then friendly I was turned off!!! Now I'm debating on going somewhere else and just doing self pay! Not sure if I will call his office back... but I'm anxious to hear how it goes for you. Maybe she was just having a bad day???? TexGal 0 Posted May 11, 2008 most of the people that I have talked to are really nice, they just won't return your phone calls. So I have had trouble with that. He is really an awesome surgeon, and really nice. I do know that he has a good background. They were telling me at his office since he and his father started that t.v. show on TLC, Big Medicine that their patients have really increased, so they are much more busy. I think maybe tooo busy.
