connie6288 0 Posted May 10, 2008 Good luck to you both. I was banded on 4/29, and as of 5/9 I have lost 17 lbs. goodness was i suprised. Be sure to stock up on powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury protien mix (the non flavor) to add to your chicken broth to keep in line with the 60 grams of protien a day goal. Its disgusting stuff, but its important to keep that much protien in your diet (so your muscles don't go soft, you heal from your surgery well and your hair won't fall out).! seriously those are the side effects of not getting enough protine in your diet. you want to loose the weight and heal well. www.unjury.com

Good job! Hopefully I'm as successful as you. Are the other Unjury flavors any good? The website says something about tasting better than the competition. Is that not true? I've been on Optifast for the past 10 days. I'm tolerating that okay.
steffiegirl 0 Posted May 10, 2008 (edited) I adopted my oldest 2. I got pregnant with my 2 yr old 3 weeks after I adopted my stepdaughter Amber. Its amazing how that happens haha. That is amazing how that happens but what a great gift I'm sure you've given your two older daughters for becoming their mother. It took my husband and me several years and a surgery to get pregnant. It finally happened for us just as we decided that not having children would be okay too. We sure are thankful for our little one. mommakatx2 0 Posted May 10, 2008 Hi Carol! So glad to see you here!!! I'm so excited for you and just think, it will all be worth it. Pretty soon you'll be looking back on the CLD as a long gone thing of the past (as you put on your size 6 pants!).
