I was wondering if anyone had experienced having your insurance pay for plastic surgery---particularly breast lift and Tummy Tuck. If insurance did pay, what was used as justification?

My insurance paid for a full tt and panny - and I know Kat's did too. If you read my thread, StephC's PS journey/I got approved, we talk about what they are looking for.
