Hey I'm David and I'm looking into the lap band and was wondering any tips or pointers out there that would help me through the process and I'm going to go through syngery bariatrics and I just finished the paper work and mailing it in and was wondering about the insurance and what blue cross blue shield requires to be approved for the surgery
