Kat817 19 Posted May 3, 2008 I wasn't told I had to wait at all, just take care not to pull stitches in the incisions, and not to take all his weight on your abdominal area.....and if it hurts stop! I was totally fine--no problem, had very little pain, just kept weight off my incisions. I went for a walk later that afternoon.
