How much are you able to consume at one time? With good restriction it is 1/4 to 1/2 cup of food. If you can consume more you probably need a fill. How after are you Hungry? How many calories a day to you consume?

Went to weigh in and I have lost 5lbs since my last visit a month ago. I was really pleased. I explained to my Doc that this website has really helped me in rethinking my surgery. I explained to him that alot of things that are being said was not told to me during my office visit and during post-op classes. I really think I have a better handle of how I am to treat myself...
