Hi Everyone--haven't posted in a while. I fell off the wagon while I was on vacation for 2 weeks, but I managed to get back on track pretty quickly when I got home. Had a .75 cc fill on Monday, and have dropped 4 lbs. this week. I LOVE my band!! Congratulations to all of the Nymphs--everyone is doing great!!

I sure hope I did this correctly this time. Last time I noticed my weight went back to what I first entered.

Anyway, thanks to my fill last Monday I have beaten my plateau. I haven't wanted to post due to my gaining and losing etc. I weighed myself this morning and I saw 200.4! I was hoping for 199 or below, but I'll take it! I am now hiding the scale until next Monday. Since my fill I have lost 11 pounds! Yes, I had started to gain again. So beware, stay on top of your fills.
