Are most having chewable vitamins

Are most of you taking childrens chewable vitamins so you dont get the burning reflux sensation from the Vitamins? ?

I take a chewable because I've never been able to take regular Vitamins. They always made me throw up. I take children's chewable with Iron and I also take Biotin for my hair.< /p>

I do because I"ve always been a wimp with big pills. I can take them with my band (take fish oil) but I can only take one before I start to gag and cant swallow them, and I was always like that. So I take kids chewables

I take an effervescent (soluble) berroca multi Vitamin. I let the fizz go out of it before I drink it.

I take Centrum adult chewable Vitamins because I have difficulty with large horse pills going down.

Vitamins are important so find something that works for you.

I always take my chewable Centrum Vitamins with food. I tried taking them without and felt nauseous.

I use Viactiv and Gummy fish oil. The fun thing is they do taste like candy and the really really good thing is I can't have more than one. I view it as an exercise in learning to control my eating.:blushing:
