The Protein drink is us is called Optimum whey. I do the chocolate with soy milk and add a spoon of Peanut Butter. I mix the Protein powder with no more than 1/2 cup of soy milk, mix it with a spoon, blob the Peanut Butter in it and mix it all up with my braun hand mixer thing. Then I put it in the freezer for about 1/2 hour. You have to scrape the frozen stuff off the sides of the glass (I use plastic) and mix it up good, but it is thick like a milkshake and I like them really cold.

Most of the time for dinner I just eat the meat sometimes I have some Beans with it. Not much of a veggie eater so I keep it real simple for me.

Best wishes on your banding journey. It can be a wild ride but just go with the flow and enjoy the ride. What you get at the end is so worth it.
