I'llsucceed 1 Posted June 7, 2005 Here is my distended right side & the port area which is extremely bruised. I am a little worried & trying to let the days pass. The doctor says its a hemotoma & it will dispurse over time. But it realy sticks out. My weight was mainly on my rear & thighs & hips-not the stomach. So its strange to have it so "out there". Anyway will up date later. My girlfriend happened to have her digital camera with her when she visited. thank you Patty!!
lloyd 0 Posted June 7, 2005 man alive i can't believe the bruising! I didn't have any.
angiebell 0 Posted June 8, 2005 OH MY GOODNESS! I can't believe how bruised you are. You may want to keep an eye on it. My port area was a little red around the incision area and my doctor gave me an antibiotic just to be on the safe side. I hope you heal up and feel better soon. scottygyrl 1 Posted June 11, 2005 Has anyone tried Neosporin scar solution sheets? I have one scar that has been raised for about 2 months and it won't go down. I was wondering if they worked? Thanks!!

Chunk 0 Posted July 24, 2005 I had surgery on May 4. My scars are small but red. I am wondering if anyone could tell me how long it took for their scars to turn white. I look forward to the change in color, until then they will be very noticible. Thanks.

mousecrazy 2 Posted August 1, 2005 ONe of the scars is hiding up under where I have my shirt raised, you can barely see it anyway. The other four, I think you can see. The larger one, in the lower right hand corner (on my left side) is the port scar. It's really raised, andI hope the Mederma helps!
MsButterKup23 1 Posted August 13, 2005 Here I am 3 days out. My incisions feel tight in the mornings and seem to loosen up and get more comfy through out the day. The yellow near the incisions are bruises, I am VERY fair skinned.
