Danni 0 Posted April 22, 2008 Im going in today for my lapband surgery. Im so nervous and excited. I feel a bit teary. It must be because I know Im saying goodbye to my old lifestyle. But its all good and Im looking forward to embracing the new with open arms. Wish me luck!! I'll come back when I get out of hospital and give you an update. Danni 0 Posted April 25, 2008 Hi everyone and thanks for your well wishes. I had the procedure and Im feeling good. The liquid diet isnt bothering me. Ive eaten enough food in my lifetime so this wont hurt one bit. I wasnt in alot of pain post op. I was up and about the next morning and in the shower. Ive had 2 c-sections and they are 10x worse than this procedure. Now I just looking forward to seeing how I progress and what my new life unfolds for me.
