Restaurant card

I found the following link on another group I belong to. While I am in no way saying do not follow your Dr.s dietary guide lines, there are time when you have to go out to a nice restaurant and this would be handy to have. I am also thinking that if you write on the back of the card the restaurant chains who accept it, what is stopping you from showing it to other restaurants who may be willing to accept it, in particular once they see the large chains who do accept it. Don't know till you ask.

Thanks for sharing, I have had one since my banding date, I've used it at Golden Corral, but that's the only place. Fortunately, GC is NOT one of my favorite places to eat.

The problem with kid's menus is the food they offer. Usually it's fried, high fat stuff I really don't want to eat anyway? PB and J? Hot dogs? No thanks.

DH and I do better by just ordering off the appetizer menu, or splitting a meal. It doesn't make me feel cheap; it makes me feel . . . skinny. healthy. And smug and self-satisfied.:-)
