Banded on the 16th and feeling blue

Rebecca, How you are doing better!!! I am not as sore, but my port area is still pretty tender!!! Just think in a few weeks, we won't remember this pain, we'll be bragging about our weight loss!!! Keep us posted!!!

I was banded on Apr. 14 also. I didn't do well with the anesthesia. I also began to question my decision because of all the pain. My husband took off work for 3 days to help me around the house and that was wonderful. Last night for the first time I was able to sleep on my side (where the port is) without any pain. It does get better, just take it a day at a time.

Thanks IRC!!!! It's getting better!!!! Able to sleep on my side now too, but the bumps in the road are still killing me. (literally). I'm keeping my head up for now, just waiting to be pain free and skinnier!!!!
