Itchy is normal and annoying if anything.

Don't let your pain get too out of hand or you will be miserable and your body will have a hard time getting rest if you are fighting it too much. Can you take something other than meds that make you nauseated like Tylenol?

If you don't mind me asking, what are the shots for

I have taken the pains meds last night and this morning. Just not a lot though. I am mostly just sore at my port site which I think is pretty normal. Not really a lot of pain just soreness I guess. The shots are called lovenox and they are for preventing blood clots. I have to give myself the shot twice a day. Last night was the first time and it really wasn't that bad! I was pretty nervous about it but I made it through!!

I'm glad to know it's normal for the itchiness but I can't wait for it to go away!! It's driving me crazy!!!!!
