wombat712 2 Posted April 16, 2008 Does anyone know what this new "Rep Power" is by our names? Just curious :biggrin2: Gen (wombat)
*susan* 1,709 Posted April 16, 2008 Do you see the little scale looking thing below posters names? If you particularly like someone's post, or find it be helpful, you can click on that and add to their reputation and comment why you are doing so. So, basically the number is a representation of how many people have commented favorably on that particular user. Hope this helps. :crying:
gometros 0 Posted April 16, 2008 There was a discussion about this on a thread about the format change. Can you see the comments people make and how?
faithmd 14 Posted April 19, 2008 Here's some links to threads about it about 1 year ago, it was done away with, I dunno why it's back. The first thread is a GREAT explanation Wheetsin gave for it: http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f5/wheetsin-s-definitive-thread-reputation-rep-power-34072/index2.html http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f5/rep-power-33719/ http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f80/rep-power-33786/
minpinmom 2 Posted April 20, 2008 Okay, I promise I am not at total loser, but I read Wheetsin's explanation on where to see your comments and I don't see any, but I have a number by my Rep power. Could it be that someone just didn't leave a comment? Or am I just a dork and completely overlooking it? 1 OH Juli reacted to this
minpinmom 2 Posted April 21, 2008 ~OH Juli It worked! Now I see your comment. I guess I got 2 Rep points for something else. Thanks so much for your help!
MacMadame 81 Posted April 21, 2008 Yeah, I can see them now too. I thought I had gotten a rep comment, but I guess I hadn't until then.
