One problem with the liquid diet........

Tomorrow I start week 2 of the liquid diet, and I'm having an issue. Now, even if I am starving, when I go to drink the CIB, I start to gag, same thing is happening with the broth.. This is going to be a long two weeks if it keeps going like this. It's taking everything I've got to get the stuff down.

You'll be alright. It's amazing the things we are willing to put up with or do when we want something bad enough! I was worried about being hungry, but I actually felt "full" the whole time I was on my liquid diet. Hang in there!
