detroitdame75 0 Posted April 15, 2008 Hi! I'm new here. Pre Op waiting for approval from BCBS. Anybody from the Metro Detroit area? I need some buddies who get what is about to happen to my life. I have tried to explain and well the people who I thought were supportive have basically pooped out on me. And my so called best friend!!! HAAAA!!! Forget it. Shes about as helpful as the KING SIZED Almond Joy calling my name that I have stashed in my desk here at work aahah! She would be the type of friend to take me to a buffet for dinner 2 weeks post op or some crap like that. So yeah i need some locals if possible men and women..dont be shy! danyel723 0 Posted April 23, 2008 I live in Detroit, right downtown. I am having my surgery april 30th at harper. Where are you having yours? I am very new to all this to so we are in the same boat.
