NOOOOOOOO! Dont do it, You ALREADY know how horrible you will feel just as soon as you get it down. Yeah, it will taste GREAT for all of about 20 seconds, but as soon as you are done you will start to feel bad and beat yourself up over it. Throw it away, and see how PROUD of yourself you will be!!
