Juice Plus?

I was introduced to juice Plus about 5 months ago, and wow, what a difference! juice Plus is NOT a Vitamin, instead, it is 17 necessary fruits and veggies that help your body rebuild blood and boosts all-over health. I started feeling the difference about one month after starting it, and I cannot express to you how healthy I feel. I was banded over two years ago, and I immediately realized that I was not able to get all of the "good" foods that I needed. Some of the benefits of Juice Plus, for me: energy, necessary fruits and veggies (that I am horrible about eating regularly), I go to the restroom normally now, my hair doesn't fall out like it used to, I feel STRONG!, and all over very healthy. Once I lost all of my needed weight, I started getting dizzy all the time- it even led to me fainting in the shopping mall! I have not felt even remotely close to this since Juice Plus!

I currently take the gummies (YUUMMM!!) and the Protein Complete shakes (YUMMMER!!) :biggrin:
