I think I might be right there with you too. I eat smaller portions (much smaller) because I feel full and satisfied with a minute amount of normal foods (meat and all) and my sateity has been lasting from 3-4 hours. PERFECT! Just what I wanted from my band.

Hopefully it will last a long time. :smile2:
