NSV - Great Sex

Recommended Posts

I guess banded sex brings a whole new meaning to the phrase "hitting your sweet spot".:lol:

and Gibson, "If I had a boyfriend I wouldn't have to worry about paying for a gym membership! biggrin.gif"...boyfriend maybe, husband, nope. The diffference between them is duration!

I copied and pasted this straight from Fitday. I'm just sayin'.

Sexual activity, Active, vigorous effort

Sexual activity, General, moderate effort

Sexual activity, Passive, light effort, kissing, hugging

And here I am, getting my exercise on a treadmill

You know, I was thinking really hard about throwing a mildly entertaining sarcastic remark into the mix...however, I may have to agree. haha.

292 sex = uncomfortable and self conscious

210 sex = giggity giggity, alright. :crying:

Ignoring every other reservation I have about sex, that is. lol.

Y'all are terrible. Better be careful. See my "Pain in right side" thread!

It was well worth it.

That is all.

My husband started the south beach diet with me and has lost 32 pounds ... did you know that for every 30 pounds a man loses he gains an inch of penis?? it's true.. so that means since "neveragain" has lost 80.. well, you do the math.. HA HA. anyway, since both me and my hubby have dropped weight it's like I'm married to some other man now.

I guess I should say "that is all" too..

so that is all.

Haha. Well, I'm not gonna lie to ya, certain things have looked a bit different since the 80lbs going, but not 3 inches. Plus, if 3 inches were added to a certain something, methinks that would be an issue for some women and myself. haha. :tt1:

As the Japanese say, so desu (That's it).

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
