Steady Weight

Hey all,

I am going to the gym everyday for the past 45 days, but my weight is not going down.

i just want to know is there a limit where you cant loose more weight ?

and does these fat burners pill and supplements good and i can loose more weight on them?

You may just be on a plateau, we all hit them from time to time. Have you been taking your measurements? While you may not be losing pounds, you may very well be losing inches.

Even my waist measurements didnt change, i am worried.

Shall i make another fill or take of these diet supplements, am so confused ?
