HI July 2006ers! I have been on a break from this forum, but I am needing some support, so I am back! I used to be Mariquita, but can't log in anymore...

I was banded July 20, 2006. I started out at 380 and I am now down to 245! I went from a size 34W to an 18! I am so happy :biggrin2: with my progress. Things have slowed down conciderably, but I am still losing-just more slowly now.

What are you all doing for exercize? :thumbup: Has anyone concidered having any body work done? My stomach is not as great as I want it to be.
