I've lost 6 pounds now since my first fill on 4/3

Hello Everyone,

I want to thank you all for your posts here. I was stuck at 20 pounds and waiting to see my scale move. Even with running and journaling it wouldn't budge. I stepped on the scale this morning and have lost another 4 pounds...for a total of 6 sonce my first fill on 4/3.

I have great restriction and can barely eat much at each sitting so I'm eating 5-6 itty bitty meals.

Your posts have given me encouragement to not faulter, keep running and look ahead.

That's awesome!! with no restriction I lose about 1-2 pounds a week. I'm a pretty slow loser in this month too. Others seem to be in the 30's and 40's. But, my doctor takes the fills very slow, so, I probably won't see good weight loss for about another month. It's nice having a fill isn't it!?
