I got something really cute at Walmart last year. I hate most plus size swimwear but this was actually really cute, pretty flattering, and comfortable. I don't like having my picture taken, so these are the best shots I have of it. It's like a dress but not your typical granny swim dress. Cute fabric, just long enough without being too long, and it sucked me in all over. It covered the top of the thigh ick. I was a little skinnier in these shots.

my theory is that no matter what type of swimsuit you wear, it's going to be obvious that you're overweight. no swimsuit can hide it. so i wear a bikini and get a good tan! screw what anyone else thinks.

Nothing....

Hehe alright thats only when its dark out and I'm being sneaky  My favorite bathing suit ever I got at Target, its by Merona and is a long length, shirred tankini, Mine is this beautiful turquoise color but I think this season they only have brown and black? I plan on ordering the black, I tried last year but they were sold out.

Torrid's clothing doesn't fit me very well...I think it's mostly Junior Plus so the fit is alot different than regular plus size for me.

Thats so funny how everybody's body is different, becaue I am a big girl and it usually fits me better than like Lane Bryant etc.....I think it depends on where you gain your weight and your proportions. I love Torrid. It is my favorite.

I HAVE THE EXACT SAME SUIT--love it!! got lots of compliments, had brown sandals and hat to match. totally hurt my boobs though and under my arm, gotta get a new one for this year.

..and you look GREAT in it..i looked horried, cottage cheesy and white as this screen.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
